RETURNS
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE
You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to request an exchange, in accordance with our refund policy.
- Send an email to returns@cabary.es with your order number and the reason for the return or exchange.
- If your return is accepted, you will receive a Return Authorization Number along with shipping instructions. (*Items sent without first requesting a return will not be accepted.). Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Products must be returned in the same condition in which they were sent. They must not be damaged, used, altered, or washed. Additionally, all tags and original packaging must be preserved.
- Print and place the return form inside the package.
- Send the package to the provided address.
*IMPORTANT
- Amounts paid by the customer will be refunded using the same payment method used by the customer, unless otherwise specified.
- We do not refund shipping costs, except in cases of defective products.
- Shipping costs for domestic and international returns will be assumed by the customer and deducted from the total refund amount.
- If the product is in perfect condition, we will proceed with the refund or with the shipment of a new order. If your order is urgent, please do not hesitate to write to us at returns@cabary.es and we will do our best to process it as quickly and efficiently as possible.
- CABARY is not responsible for the logistical costs of the return and does not refund shipping costs.
- CABARY will provide return costs according to the zone, offering the customer the most suitable rate to manage the shipment.
