Where is my order?
To check the status of your order, just click on:
Estimated delivery time:
- Orders within Spain and Portugal: 3-5 business days.
- Rest of Europe: 6-8 business days.
- International orders: 6-10 days. > Please note that if your order is shipped outside the EU, your order may be subject to taxes, duties, or other local or customs charges. Learn more here.
- Canary Islands: 7-10 days. > If your order exceeds €150, additional taxes or duties may apply. Remember to add your ID at checkout. If you need assistance, contact us at hola@cabary.es.
What should I do if I haven't received the confirmation email?
If you can't find the confirmation email, we recommend checking your spam or junk folder. If you still can't find it, don't hesitate to contact our team at hola@cabary.es .
We'll be happy to help you, and if necessary, we can update your information and resend the confirmation. To facilitate our search, please send us your full name, address, and purchase date.
Haven't received your order? We'll explain what might have happened.
Your order may have been delayed due to unforeseen factors such as logistical issues or an error in the delivery address. There may also have been a problem with the delivery process on the part of the shipping company.
If the order ultimately cannot be delivered and is returned to the sender, once received in our warehouses, we will process your refund.

Can I exchange or return a product?
Yes, you have 14 days from the date of purchase to request a return or exchange.
We currently do not offer cash refunds, but you will receive a gift card for the amount of your refund, which you can use on any of our products.
How can I make an exchange or return?
You can easily manage your return or exchange request by sending an email to returns@cabary.es. You'll only need your order number and email address.
Once your request has been processed, you will receive a return label by email. The refund will be issued to the original payment method or, if you prefer, via a transfer to an IBAN number. Once the return has been accepted, you have the option of receiving in-store credit or an exchange.
CABARY is not responsible for the logistics costs associated with shipping if you request a refund. Furthermore, we will only process the items indicated in the exchange or return request.
From the moment your order is shipped, you have 14 days to register your request, provided the conditions of our return policy are met.

We know that shopping online can sometimes raise questions about the ideal size, but don't worry. We've included a detailed size guide for each product, which you can find in the "Size Guide" section at the following link .

What happens if the item I receive is damaged or defective?
At CABARY , we strive to offer garments of the highest quality. However, if you receive an item with a defect, we want to resolve it as quickly as possible.
You can manage the incident through our form, attaching images of the affected product, or by sending us an email to returns@cabary.es.
Return costs will be refunded after a brief inspection once the product has arrived at our warehouse. This process may take a few days, but we guarantee a full refund in the event of a manufacturing defect.
All of our products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects, because we want you to enjoy each garment with complete confidence.
How long does the exchange or refund process take?
The return process follows a specific protocol, different from that of the original shipment.
Once you deliver your return to the nearest drop-off location, our shipping agents will collect it and return it to our warehouse. There, our team will receive it and verify that the products meet our quality control standards. If everything is in perfect condition, we will accept the return with a gift receipt or ship a new order.
This process may take a little longer, but we guarantee we're working to expedite it as much as possible and ensure you receive your new order as soon as possible.

Returns through transport company management
You can return your items by email to returns@cabary.es. From the shipping date, you have 14 days to register your return or exchange request. You'll only need your order number and email address. Remember that the items must be in the same condition as when received.
Each order must be returned individually , using its corresponding reference number. If you have made multiple purchases, each return must be processed separately to avoid confusion during the process.
Once your return is registered, you will receive the shipping label by email and, after receiving and validating the package, a refund will be issued to your original payment method, either via an IBAN number or in-store credit.
Important:
- CABARY is not responsible for the logistics costs of the return and does not reimburse shipping costs.
- Return cost: €4.90 in Spain | €10 in the European Union | €25 outside the EU.
- Returns are not accepted , except in the case of defective or damaged items.

Shipping to the Peninsula and the Canary Islands
Standard Domestic Shipping:
We ship throughout the peninsula with approximate delivery times of 3 to 6 business days .
- If your order is less than €100 , shipping costs are €4.90 for the peninsula ( €7.90 for the Balearic Islands ).
- If the order exceeds €100 , shipping is completely free !
Canary Islands:
If your order is destined for the Canary Islands , please note that it may be subject to taxes or duties if the amount exceeds €150 . Delivery times for the Canary Islands are 11 to 13 business days . Remember to include your ID during the checkout process to avoid possible delays.

International Shipping
International Standard Shipping:
Approximate delivery times are as follows:
- Europe : 4-6 business days.
- International : 6-10 business days.
If your order exceeds €200 , shipping will be free !
International Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs for international orders will be calculated based on the destination.
Customs Costs:
If your order is destined for a country outside the European Union , it may be subject to duties, taxes, or other charges arising from local customs regulations. Nude Project is responsible for shipping costs, but the buyer is responsible for any additional charges .
Regarding the U.S. , due to new customs regulations, some orders may be subject to additional customs fees or import taxes . Products originating in China or Hong Kong will have a new 10% tariff , in addition to the original tariff. These charges are set by local authorities and must be borne by the customer.
Exclusions and Restrictions:
- Shipping to Switzerland, the United Kingdom, Peru and Mexico is excluded .
- In Mexico , there is a limit of 10 items per order . Orders exceeding this quantity cannot be shipped.
Countries without Shipping:
Nude Project does not ship to the following countries: Belarus, Guatemala, India, Indonesia, Kazakhstan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Mauritius, Moldova, Nigeria, New Zealand, French Polynesia, Serbia, South Africa, Ukraine, Israel .
Important : We recommend that you review local customs policies and recent changes before making your purchase to avoid surprises.
